Dr. Anita Ramsak, founder of ARSIC Social Impact Consulting, brings decades of expertise to this course series. With experience working across four continents and collaborating with global organizations like UNICEF and Save the Children, Dr. Ramsak is a leading expert in the field of children;s rights. She has advised governments, authored UN child rights monitoring reports, and supported a number of programs to safeguard the rights of vulnerable children worldwide. She is based between Kenya and Indonesia, operating globally.

Q: When will the live webinars and calls take place?
All live calls and webinars will take place on Tuesdays or Thursdays at 2 PM GMT (9 AM Eastern Standard Time (EST, New York), 3 PM Central European Time (CET, Berlin), 5 PM Eastern African Time (EAT, Nairobi), 9 PM Western Indonesian Time (WIB, Jakarta)). We have chosen this time to accommodate as many participants as possible. Recorded versions will be available if you cannot attend a live session. If there is a significant number of participants from a specific time zone, we may open an additional time slot for live sessions.
Q: How much time is required to invest?
It is advisable to invest a minimum of 7 hours per week to review all the course materials and complete the assignments. There are two live sessions per week, on Tuesdays and Fridays for 2 hours, the rest is self-paced work or small group work where you can organize your time as you wish.
Q: Can I cancel and get a refund if I change my mind?
Yes, your investment comes with a 10-day money-back guarantee from the first day of the first course you are taking. If you decide that the course is not for you within this period, you can contact us for a full refund. We will make a full refund minus bank charges, no questions asked.
